Who is Bartosz?

He’s characterized by his attention to detail. He doesn’t believe in „impossible tasks”, there are only poorly planned ones. Inquisitiveness and diligence are traits he values above all.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University. He’s a trainee solicitor in the Regional Chamber of Attorneys in Kraków.

History

Bartosz Posłuszny joined the FORUM TFI team in 2017 as a Lawyer.

He began his cooperation with TFI in the Alternative Products Office, where he took part in servicing closed investment funds and securitization funds directed towards individual investors.

The experience he gained in his work so far, especially in the field of managing securitization funds, allowed him to take the position of Director of the Securitization Fund Service Department in 2020.
