Cracow Prestigious Investment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

One of such funds was \u201cKrakow Prestigious Investments\u201d Closed-end Investment Fund (KPI CIF)<\/strong>, which invested investors\u2019 assets in apartment-houses located in the center of Krakow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The adopted investment strategy, which consisted of careful selection of properties and special attention to the highest standard of their finishing, made it possible to offer investors afund with the predetermined minimum rate of return at the level of 9% per year.<\/strong> KPI CIF raised PLN 30 mil from the investors, to, within just two years, pay them more than PLN 35 mil with interest.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Forum Food&Friends<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Forum Food & Friends CIF was the first fund on the Polish market which allowed investors to make profit from the tourism boom that\u2019s happening in Krakow.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Raised assets were allocated in the development of a restaurant chain situated in prestigious locations of the Polish tourist capital. Investments of the fund were managed by a project partner \u2013 a professional entity that\u2019s been operating in the restaurant industry for several years. Their tasks were i.a.: the selection of locations, organization and supervision over the process of investment and their long-term operation for a stable and high profit. First redemptions of the investment certificates of the external investors commenced as written in the fund\u2019s statute – in December 2016, and ended in 2019 with a return to the Investors of their invested capital with regard to the 6% presumed annual rate of return.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
