What is a closed investment fund?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

An investment fund operating on the rules of a closed investment fund is one of the practical forms of investing financial assets<\/strong> on the basis of a prepared investment policy. Investors using the possibilities given by closed funds get real control <\/strong>over invested assets and possess the possibility to safely store and invest assets<\/strong>, which are excluded from TFI\u2019s fortune by law. Creating a closed investment fund can be initiated by an individual or economic entity.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Investment Certificates<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Investment certificates <\/strong>in non-public funds can be obtained through a dedicated non-public emission, directed towards individual and institutional investors. The minimal investment into a certificate is 40.000 euro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Investment certificates of closed investment funds can be admitted to trading on a regulated market or alternative trading venue. In such a case, it is possible to dispose of investment certificates through public trading or emitting new certificates in order to obtain extra capital for the fund.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
