In the years 1989 &#8211;&nbsp;2004 he was a&nbsp;researcher at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University, first as an assistant and then as an adjunct professor. After his judge training, he passed the judge exam in 1991. He was qualified as legal advisor in 1993 and in 1994 he obtained a&nbsp;doctor of law degree.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Founder and Partner of \u201cOle\u015b &amp; Rodzynkiewicz\u201d Law Office which since 1996 specializes in comprehensive legal consultancy regarding various enterprises which take place on the capital market such as: private and public issues of the shares, issues of the debt securities, mergers and acquisitions, transformations and restructurings of commercial entities, financing of the investment processes, tax optimization of capital transactions with the special emphasis on untypical and innovative transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mateusz Rodzynkiewicz specializes in commercial law and capital market law (public companies, mergers and acquisitions, capital investments), and conducts trainings on the issues of mergers and acquisitions as well as raising capital on the regulated market and restructuring of enterprises.
